Given the handcrafted and designer nature of our products, minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture do not qualify as defects.

3. Return Process

Email or contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share order details along with proof of the issue.
Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

For international shipments:

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

8. Final Decision
